Building Estimates An estimate is an approximated statement of what your proposed works may cost. For a set fee, we can provide written estimates for proposed building costs which are helpful when budgeting for works you may wish to have carried out. We can even do this if you have not had plans drawn. This service is often used by clients who are applying for re-mortgages on their properties, in order to extend, refurbish or for home improvements, as they can take this estimate to their mortgage provider. The above service is available for a set fee of £150. If you decide to have detailed plans drawn by us then this fee would be deducted from the final cost of our services. |
Quotations A quotation is a set price, in itemised format, specifying all aspects of work agreed between you and your builder. We are able to provide written quotations
from our partner building contractor once you have detailed plans. We do not charge for this service. |
